GIBBO robots are useless and hopeless. Please replace them with decent robots.

Typically stupid lead by the clueless GIBBO robot in the East, plus a silly "second hand HIGH" pop of the spade king (trump) at trick four by Supertwit in the West.

Okay, so we got a good score anyway on this board, but I want to point out two actions by the GIBBO robot (his name is Johnny Halfwit) in the North.
Why the HELL, regardless of result, would JH be leading the jack of diamonds from J954, KQ10, J107, Q76 against 4C rather than EITHER a much more attractive heart OR a spade, after his partner South OPENED 1S?
Then, at trick three, when JH decides to lead a spade, the first time that spades are being played by anyone on the hand, why, looking at a stiff 7 in dummy East, would he lead his spade JACK from J954?
Do these useless GIBBO jackasses play ALL their cards randomly?

The lead was irrelevant since 10 tricks were open and shut for East-West in spades, but why is Johnny Halfwit leading a CLUB rather than a diamond on this auction?
Also, look at the stunningly stupid GIB definition of 4D. Would South REALLY be VOLUNTARILY bidding 4D if he had as few as three diamonds?

Could the GIBBO robots have "defended" better on this board?
Yes, they CERTAINLY could have.
Pro tip: ANY time you are asked that question about GIBBO robots, there is a GOOD chance that if you give that same answer, you will be correct - even without looking at the hand.

Could the GIBBO robots have "defended" better on this board?
Don't look at the board yet. Just give the answer recommended in post #1446, immediately above this one. Just as a reminder, the recommended answer for ANY time ANYONE asks you that question is "Yes, they CERTAINLY could have".
Okay, now you can look at the hand. As you can see, you got the answer correct. Well done! See how EASY it is to answer that particular question?

Don't look at the board yet. Just give the answer (again!) that was recommended in post #1446.
Wow! You are on a ROLL! You got it right AGAIN!
Okay, now you can look at the hand. See how EASY that particular question almost ALWAYS is?
