After East wins his spade ace at trick two, he KNOWS that South still has TWO heart stoppers, so surely he (East) should switch to clubs. Instead, being a GIBBO robot, he plays a heart. South takes 9 tricks for plus 600 and 89.3 % on the board. East scores 10.7 % for his "brilliant" "defence". Had the unthinking twit shifted to clubs instead of woodenly continuing with hearts, he would have beaten the contract. But then he probably would have been expelled from the GIBBO brotherhood.

Why is the absolute M.O.R.O.N. in the North bidding 3H...in DIRECT, NON-PASSOUT seat, with absolutely NOTHING extra? The ignorant, undisciplined fool has an aceless 8 HCP including a doubleton queen of spades (the suit that his RHO has bid twice) that might prove to be worthless and a diamond jack that might also prove to be worthless. He has ONLY three hearts (trump), the MINIMUM he could have. His shape is a flattish 2-3-4-4.
Even his own GIB definition proves that his bid is wrong: "4+ hearts; 6-9 total points".
Why are ALL the GIBBO robots, not just this sap in the North, so consistently and irredeemably hopeless...after ALL the years they have been in existence?

This is NOT a hand where it's right to cover an honour (a HEART honour) with an honour as West stupidly did at trick three. His stupid cover didn't cost, because based on the auction I would have gotten the hearts right anyway, but HE had no way of knowing that I WOULD get them right...but by his imbecilic cover he GUARANTEED that I could not POSSIBLY go wrong. The GIBBO robots are hopeless at bridge.

Nice LEAD, Mr. East! Cut down on those ruffs! A weaker player might have led one of his two ACES against the SLAM, but YOU, a GIBBO robot, were savvy enough to realize that you could pull SEVERAL rounds of trump. Well done!
