First is it only after 1m opening or also over 1h-1s-2nt?
When transfering i should always transfer to the lowest extra cards i have like with 5H 4S i bid 1d-1h-2nt-3d-3h-3s to show my 5-4 right ? while with 4-4 i would tranfer to the spades imidietly. or with 5M and support i tranfer to the support and then bid my major again like in 1d-1h-2nt-3c-3d-3h.
What are openers options except accepting the transfer ?

Not sure why you are doing this?
Why not just play simple and have:
3c=game force only checkback
3d=slam Invite somewhere checkback
If you want complicated see my previous Baron discussion over a jump rebid of 2nt.

I think its better. you can sign up whenre u want, or you can show ur distribution.
I didnt think about it enough or read it anywhere just heard of transfers over 2nt rebid so thats why i ask to see if i interupt it right.
If i do understand how its workds then its actually very simple.

I haven't got all the way through the CD, but here's what I've got so far.
After 1m-1x; 2NT, responder's rebids are transfers, but 3♠ shows the other minor while transferring to diamonds and bidding again shows opener's minor with new suit rebids showing shortage.
I.e. after
1♣ 1♠
2N 3♦ = clubs
while
1♣ 1♠
2N 3♠ = diamonds, the other minor
After 1♥-1♠; 2NT, transfers are on with 3♠ showing clubs.

1C-1S-2NT-3D already shows 5-4 in the majors, so don't rebid your spades.

Maybe this is all obvious, but... (add IMO everywhere):
About 3♠: it shows clubs, and I believe it is best to treat it as choice of games (COG) first -- opener bids 3NT if he prefers that over 5♣. Similarly, transferring into openers suit then rebidding 3NT should be COG. Responders rebid after transfer should be forcing.
I didn't discuss superaccepts with any partner, but note that they would only make sense if responder is transferring into a new suit -- otherwise he may just be signing off.

Another question that i have, can responder show 2 suits and weak to make opener choose ? i mean 1c-1s-2nt-3d-3h is pass an option ? . If it is then its mean opener musnt bid 3h with better spades
