Playing against 3 GIBs, on a deal

I dealt and opened 1, GIB West overcalled 1, and my partner leapt to 3, "Free bid -- rebiddable D; 15+ points." After East's pass, I rebid 3 and now... what would GIB North do?

Yep, she calls 3NT, "5-H; 5-S; 14-19 HCP; rebiddable D; 15+ points; likely stop in H!" Sadly, the other two GIBs don't buy it, but cash the first 7 tricks for down three.

But would you find 6, if East-West compete in Hearts? Say 1 from West, 3 from East and again 4 from West.
I just discovered a truly remarkable bidding system!
Sadly, this margin was too small to contain it.

How can someone have rebiddable s with a 5-5 in the Majors??? Don't understand why you suddenly would believe a GIB, since you're playing AGAINST 3 GIB's ;)

I've also noticed GIB always falsecards, intervenes with poor 4 card suits, and bids a lot with 'likely stops' with singletons (and apparently voids as well).

I think "5-H; 5-S;" in GIB language means 0-4 0-4.
