Today I was discussing with an ACBL TD a play.
Director decided to substitute me with a bot while I was typing
Now, I do understand the need for directors to be able to sub inactive players, what I don't understand is that directors have the right to boot me away from BBO altogether. This makes no sense. As a result I lost all the log from the conversation since kicked to log in screen destroys all data. This is ridicoulous.

I have noticed this also but I suspected it was a bug.

BBO saves all the chat history. So if there's an issue you need to raise with support, they can check the chat logs. Just tell them the approximate time and who you were chatting with and they can look it up.
