Alert when Partner Replaced by Robot

Please display an alert when partner is replaced with Robot due to a timeout.

Without such an alert, the remaining partner is not aware of the replacement and might misinterpret the Robot bidding as the partners' bidding.

Also, consider doubling the timeout period during bidding if you detect the player is typing an explanation for the forthcoming bid.
Typing an explanation takes time...
