Assuming it is a 2533 shape and not the 14 cards shown, you have 3 possible bids:
3NT, X and 3H.

You can make an argument for all 3, but I would x on this hand first and bid 3H over partner's response.

If I have 4 H only in a 2443 shape, I bid 3NT.
Sorry Jimmy the hand is too good for 2NT

I double (regardless of shape 4432 or 5332).

In my methods 2NT is quite an underbid (16-18/19-).

So, in my view, the alternative left are 3NT and double.
In my opinion double is more flexible: I can get more info about pard's hand.

In response to my double, if LHO passes, pard can bid directly at 3 level to show a semipositive hand, or show a bad hand via 2NT Lebensohl.
If pard bids 2NT Lebensohl, I will refuse the puppet to 3 clubs and go to 3NT (this may lose if- and only if- pard was planning to show his 4 card heart suit after the puppet to 3C; refusing the puppet will lose the heart suit here).

Same for me concerning Lebensohl but I would bid 3 on 2NT and not 3NT !

what will your partner bid if he has no fit and no stopper?
so i think 3nt has more chance to succeed after lebensohl 2nt.

double (TOO STRONG for 2NT)

I figure he will pick me for a reasonably strong hand, and even if ALL he has are 4+ will NOT pass for penalty but bid 2NT
