This auction has been reported several times. Staff describes it as a "glitch", but gives no indication of any inclination to fix it.

I will say that since GIB is so stupid, it's better for GIB to pass 2♠ there. After all, it's a misfit, East opened in 2nd seat (it should always be sound in 2nd imo), and West doesn't have enough points for anything.

GIB is on the same page as GIB in bids over 2H- amazing that. Its humans following GIB's hand description that are misled.
They need to change the description of 2S from 14+ TP to 10-16 HP with 14+ TP which is not a standard human bid -its a natural nonforcing somewhat invitational overcall.
No human should make those bids following standard systems- too weak.
