What should a 2♠ bid now mean?
2♠ is imo natural, total misfit, something like 4-1-2-6 or 4-1-1-7. Why show extra's if partner is minimum and 5-4 ♥-♦?
What would you bid with Q73 J J85 AKQJT5?
Depends on the scoring. In MP's I might try 2NT, in imps just pass...

4th suit by opener is always natural, here he mnissed to bid 1♠ so he is likelly having 3 good cards (2 honnors).
On the given hand I woudl bid (in order of preference)

2♦ used not to be forcing in Acol. Even in Dutch Acol (which is a strong-1NT system, meaning that opener is less likely to rebid 5-cards than in Acol), it is not obvious.

that shows a maximum hand of your 2C rebid, gameforcing, but you still don't know the direction of the contract. It denies 3 card heart support.(I suppose you play this 2D as one round forcing) you may hold something like:
SAx Hxx Dxxx CAKQxxx, you want to bid a game, but you don't know
where you belong to. Partner may not hold a true diamond stopper sometimes:
SKQJ HAQJxx Dxx Cxxx(bidding 2D just to check that if you hold 3 hearts)
