Why did I get 100% on this board? Well, everyone else opened 1, and this caused GIB N not to bid 3. Now, I know we have all been clamouring for GIB to discount shortness in partner's suit, but not showing 10-12 TP when GIB has 12 is taking it a bit too far.

Quite frankly, it is a marginal game. Goes down on most 4-1 trump breaks and almost all the time the K is offside. So, I don't think missing this game would be something I would complain about.

This is also a very marginal accept of the invite, South could have a better hand.

This sequence would be improved a bit in the next update.

1minor - 1Major
2Major - ?

GIB would be using suits below 3Major as "game try" invite+ and respectively the responses ( some ) would be adjusted to this. The change may not covering plenty along the way as used gadgets, but it will be natural forcing with unlimited strength. Currently the continuation after 2Major limit raise is also limited to 10-12TP and not allowing Responder to go higher well described.

So in the particular hand, North would bid 2 - Game try suit -- 4+ ; 3+ ; 10+ HCP; 11+ total points; forcing to 3 (after 1 opening ) and as in case 3 with such fit - Game try suit -- 3+ ; 4+ ; 10+ HCP; 11+ total points; forcing to 3

At least some beginning.

The book bid is 3 in both auctions. Simulations discover that the double fit is a good feature, while the doubleton in partner's first suit is a misfeature.

I notice that one South jumped to 3 on his first rebid -- his robot went down in 4. The strange thing is that the reason is that it failed to duck the opening lead. This gave East a losing option, and it chose it (continuing would have allowed a set). It's strange that declarer would play differently over its own different bidding, without any difference from the opponents.

It's probably choosing different simulations based on whether the defender would have chosen that opening lead given the bidding. Anyway I've seen this before.

Minor openings aren't really a suit so partner hasn't opened a suit.
