I have been playing with GIB robots for several months now however, since yesterday all bidding explanations have disappeared. When I run my mouse over the robot bid nothing appears. What has happened?

If you are playing the "Individual Express" games and there is a robot sub, then there are no explanations. Otherwise, I still see them too.

Are you using google chrome?

I used to occasionally not see them when using Chrome.
However, when I started allowing BBO to pop up in Chrome, I have had no problems. I don't know if that was the reason they occasionally don't pop up, only that I've been problem free since doing this 1 month ago.

If you use Chrome:
Click the toolbar graphic, then go to "Options"
"Under the hood"
"Content Settings"
"Pop up" -> add www.bridgebase.com to your list of exceptions.

This also lets you see the result pop up after a tournament.
