PartnerGIB deals and opens 1. RHO overcalls 2. I want to splinter in hearts, but 2, 3 and 4 are all natural. Shouldn't some number of hearts be a splinter?

2H = natural, forcing
3H! = fit-showing-jump ( in competition )
4H! = ( double-jump ) splinter...

....just as 4D! should be a splinter
.... and 4C! = jump-cue is a splinter ) .

But I don't know what the Bots recognize.
