PartnerGIB deals and opens 1♠. RHO overcalls 2♣. I want to splinter in hearts, but 2♥, 3♥ and 4♥ are all natural. Shouldn't some number of hearts be a splinter?

No. But I guess GIB doesn't play fit jumps, either...

2H = natural, forcing
3H! = fit-showing-jump ( in competition )
4H! = ( double-jump ) splinter...
....just as 4D! should be a splinter
.... and 4C! = jump-cue is a splinter ) .
But I don't know what the Bots recognize.
