However at this vulnerability weak jumps are probably more useful.
1♠ without any special agreement about intermediate jumps.

This was a hand from one of my tournaments, South called me when dummy came down.

South thought E/W were wired, I think that is a reasonable assumption.

PS: The original post appears to mis-state the opening bid.
No one accused W of cheating, South said to me, privately

Hi Han, a few hours ago you said.. "1S and I fail to see a reasonable alternative."
I think it is unusual enough to ask questions, especially online where you can do so without directly accusing the opps of cheating.

Maybe it is that I see so much cheating latelly. But the cheatings I see are normally with a lot of kibitzers from star players, maybe unkowns have less reasons to cheat on random tournaments.

Yet what is the issue here? If East makes the 'normal' overcall of 1♠, do they not have a simple route to game?
I think the proper response to NS who say something like "look at this bid

I don't believe in the 'bigger is better' approach, my tournaments are small. That, combined with the new completion rate filter means I now have very few subs during tournaments. 0-2
I did watch this pair, checked their previous boards and found nothing unusual.

I know I did, but at the time I thought you were looking for bidding advice. As I said, I don't think that 4S is a good bid and I wouldn't recommend it. Having said that, much worse calls than 4S happen frequently in weak games and it wouldn't occur to me that there was any kind of cheating involved.
