in Web BBO the last button of the top horizontal ordered buttons is Help.

the drop down menu contains several options including "BBO Help"

it will open new window with a link to enter in the Help system, which goes to the link posted above.

at the bottom of the page there is section :Bits and pieces

So, in order to find the answer you have to already know the answer. Not really helpful. This is something that almost every new BBO member wonders and the answer should be somewhere upfront and easy to find.
