I would take Pd's 5N as grand slam invitation, and bid 6c, showing one honor hard in heart. pd may have sth like:

c: axx

imo 5N cannt be pick a slam, pick from what? 6H and 6N, unlikely given the bid.

1) Yes, 3♥'s, you were under pressure, pass would be too timid.

2) Despite concerns to the contrary, 5NT is pick a slam. Partner has good clubs.

3) I bid 6 clubs.

If partner wanted to take a shot at 7 hearts, needing a useful heart card from me, he could bid 6♦.

Something like:

♠ AKxxx
♥ Kxx
♦ void
♣ AQxxx

would fit the 5N call. Pard is interested in slam in different strains, and wants your input.

I bid 6♣, that should show longer ♣ then ♥. To bad my K♦ is wasted.
