Scoring: MP

1C-X-1S-3S
X-P-3NT-P
5NT-P-6NT-AP

1C=20+ bal or 13+ with at most 4 losers.
Partner's X showed both majors
1S= balanced GF
Opener's X explained as "not sure, probably penalty"
5NT was simply explained as they belong higher.

Did you really bid 3S on this? You are a braver man than I am.
Anyway, I am leading a S. You already said partner's x showed the Majors. A H lead could kill partner's holding and Ds or Cs is too dangerous.

if partner has majorsand RHO insists twice in playing NT I am very worried of leading dummy's void into declarer's AQx.

heart lead isn't giving anything away since the overcall already located the honnors, and it might be creating a trick (on my dreams) when partner has K.

I'd lead a heart.
