My guess is something being prepared to compete to 4 level but trying 3NT on the way there. Partner is supposed to remove without ♣ help. Something like ♠A ♥ Ax ♦ xxx ♣ KQJxxxx.

Definitely natural to me. Partner can correct to 4C with a bad hand for this auction.
