Pass without qualm. However, I want to lodge a complaint, since this is MP, I would have doubled 3♥ last round. Partner could then pass (to play), bid 3♠ (to play) or leap to 4♠. I must have been in the water closet and had the caddy bidding for me on the last round of bidding.
At imps I would bid 4♠ and not double 3♥.... they are two different forms of the same game. "-)

Partner is not offering an easy -200 at Matchpoints so he has a decent hand.
3NT could easily be better if partner has a solid spade suit but it could be disasterous if partner's spades are a 1-loser suit. He will not always know to pull to 4♠ so I will not give him that dilemma.

No doubt: 4♠. P bids ♠ twice! If he had a weak hand, I expect him to bid 3♠ immediatly, to put pressure on opener. By repeating the suit, he has some extra strength, and my cowboys should help him a lot.

4S. Heart king is junk, but pard rates to have a minor suit ace, which will fit any of my holdings very well.
