So are there any hands where you have a 5cM and you don't transfer? Just wondering.

If I were to ever pick up QT9 65432 QT9 QT I am sure I would pass. Where do I draw the line? I don't know, I don't remember ever passing in real life, maybe I have once.

Does that mean that if I changed the hand so that it was just too weak to bid game opposite a superaccept, you would pass 1NT?
Personally I always transfer on these hands, because if it's too weak to contemplate game, it's also too weak to want to play 1NT. It also saves having to think.
Edit: I see that my question has already been asked and answered.

It just feels like the game type is terribly significant here. At MP a strong argument can be made for pass but at IMPs possibly missing a ♥ game could be a substantial loss.

If he superaccepts, I will bid game, otherwise we play 2H.
