Are they playing 4th best, or 3rd/5th?
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

I'm going to assume that LHO has A, because he didn't lead a heart.

My first idea was: duck the lead, win the club continuation, cross to A, and lead a heart. If LHO takes that, I can take five side winners, three trumps in hand, and a club ruff. However, LHO can duck the heart, leaving me poorly placed.

If I think he's up to that, how about: win the second club and duck a trump. If they force dummy, lead K from dummy. Now if they play a fourth club, hope that RHO has three trumps, so that there are only two trump losers. If they don't play the fourth club, we can arrange to ruff it ourselves.
