3D, FSF / mark time bid / noise, called it what
you want, ugly, but, 3D gives p the most room
to describe his hand, bidding 3NT does not run
away.

3♦ is 4th suit forcing so 3NT appears to be the only practical option.

I have got like the worst possible (lack of) support for partner, so 3NT seems a stand out.
