Yes, holding my breath while I do it.
Any values partner has outside hearts, are likely to be well-placed.
Against very soft competition, I would pass, fearing they would stumble into a making 4♥.

Yes. I hate it when they play in my partner's 5-card suit, because it means partner gets all the fun and I just have to follow suit (or not, if he draws trumps). I've paid my table money too, and I'm going to prove it by bidding 3♠.
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

easy pass. If you are not good enough to suggest a 4S save by bidding 3S the round earlier you are surely not strong enough to hope to make 3S.
