We are all connected to each other biologically, to the Earth chemically, and to the rest of the universe atomically.
We're in the universe, and the universe is in us.

The weaker hands are difficult to bid. I would open 1♠ then unless the hearts are much better than the spades. If I open 1♥ with a hand too weak to reverse, I would have to rebid 2♥.

For me it doesn't. AKQJT 765432 AJ void = obvious 1♥ opener.
Lying about having a 6-card minor is silly. Lying about a 6-card major is inexcusable.
In fact, any opening hand with 5♠-6♥ I open with 1♥.

Well I guess it depends on the 15 count, doesn't it? There are 15 counts and 15 counts eg stiff hons etc.

It would be nice if the OP had shown the actual hand in question.

Some (Garozzo?) play that 1H-1NT-3S shows a minimal 5-6 hand (about 10-13) so that you won't have much trouble opening your longest suit with this shape. Of couse, rogerclee thinks that that is really dumb.

Can't you have a stiff D void?
