We may need a lot luck to make this one.
My play will be:
Win ♣A, ♦K, ♦A and 3rd ♦ (or finesse 2nd ♦, same odds), if they continue ♣, i duck once. At the end, lead ♥ to K.
I need lho less than 4 ♣s, ♥A onside, and ♦3-3 or Hx doubleton.

This is not that bleak. You can easily survive clubs 4-4. A simple line is to just duck a club, win th4e second, top[ two diamonds, and out a diamond. A club will come back. Now, if LHO has the heart Ace, you need him to be leading a four-card suit or shorter. Not to say that this is the best line; it's just an easy one that offers a reasonable shot without panicking. LHO could easily have 3-3-3-4 pattern with the heart Ace.

In that simple line, there are reasonable variations. On the run of the diamonds, pitches may be revealing. If you catch RHO with five clubs, three diamonds, the heart Ace, and four spades, he's pinched badly. Granted, that gives LHO 2-5-3-3 pattern without the heart Ace, and he might well lead a heart with Q109xx, but it is possible.

That said, I'm still not committing until I clarify one thing. The club 9 is an interesting card. Any lead agreements here?
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."
