We play 2♣ here as relay and 2♦ as NF (ie diamonds longer than spades).
If you play 2-way checkback I suppose you could also play it here, i.e. 2♣ as either weak with long diamonds or any invitational hand, and 2♦ as any GF hand. Or transfer checkbacks.
But if you want to have 2♣ available as a natural NF I think you need to play 2♦ as a general force.
