Pass and 3♥ - the first hand needs come major help in spades from pard in order to make game any better than a pipe dream, the second hand seems just better than a random 7 count. Inviting might be a little wishful, especially at white, but it really feels right to me.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

2) 3♥. With better shape I would blast. 3N could work but I am never bidding it.

(1) 3♠ then 4♠ next round.

(2) 3NT, but not vulnerable I have no strong feelings about this one. Don't mind Pass at the vulnerability, and don't mind bids such as 2NT or 3♥ (if NF).
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

1. Pass - you might survive bidding spades but you might not.

2. Invite with 3♥ - I would have used a texas transfer with a slightly different hand.

1. pass, maybe 170 instead of 620, but my little values are as bad plcaed as possible. Okay the jacks are nice. :)

2. I would prefer pass to 4 ♥, but there is 3♥ avaiable, so I will bid it. Just if I play "heavy invitations", I would pass.
