Without a close examination of what contract we belong in, all I can say is 3NT is a distant 4th choice of bids for north to me. In my preferred methods north bids 3♥ to say "nothing useful to add, no suit I want to raise or rebid, 3-4 hearts implied else I would have another bid to make" over which south would easily bid 3NT.

3rd for me.
Either 3♥ or 3♠ would seem normal. You don't really have a heart stop, and you have a rather nice spade suit that might be worth another mention.
