Well, we hadn't discussed it. I took p's double of 3 to be Western Que-esque, and I denied.

Whatever double is, I would interpret 4C as NF and I think that south should force to game, especially after the 3D call.

Well, you're braver than I am. Would it temper your comments any if I told you that over the first double I had the following options:


2NT -> Relay to 3, either preemptive club raise or prelude to a slam try.
3C -> Constructive club raise (Like 8-12 or so)

I thought I had already overbid by a bit with initial 2 bid, or was at least dead minimum for it.
