B) My point was that if you do bid 5♦, partner would have to know to correct to 5♥ unless he/she has four or more diamonds. Bidding 5♦ sounds like 6-5 or 6-6 or 7-6. Since partner doesn't know you are 7-5, you have to bid 5♥, if you choose to bid at all.
:D My partners know I would never insult them. Make an insane bid once in a while? Absolutely. :D

You would seriously open 4H with 6-5 in the reds and then make a second call?

A 7-5 is much less prone to tapping than a 6-5... I don't think there'll be a problem if I bid 5♥. But I'm ok with 5♦ as well.
