Can some one tell me how to assess what I did here, I am not sure how to read this properly

In total, over the time period you requested:

As to "what an intermediate should be achieving" this is very hard to say. It depends a lot on your partner and opponents. If I were to play every day with a random pickup against Versace and Lauria, I would be negative a very large number of IMPs. If I were to play every day with a regular partner against a pair of random pickups in the main club, I would be positive a very large number of IMPs.

All these numbers really indicate is how you're doing relative to your opponents. If you're very positive, it means you need to look for stronger opposition. If you're very negative, then you're playing against better pairs.

Both the two logins you mentioned seem to be doing reasonably against their opponents, so I'd say you're probably comparable to whoever you're playing against. Whether this is a good or bad thing depends on who those people are and where you find them... Also keep in mind that "you" refers to "your team" or "your partnership;" especially in team games if you have lousy teammates then you'll end up pretty negative regardless of your own skill level relative to the opponents.
