2) I expect a hand close to the first one you posted. I don't play a kind of equal-level conversion in this situation, and expect partner to pass 2H with the second and third ones.
1) I like a 3C cue-bid now. Within the range set by not making a negative double of 2C, this hand is near the maximum. 3C (forcing one round) shows that strength, and is flexible.

I expect some extras. I wouldn't double with hands (2) or (3) as I don't want to encourage a heart bid. I might consider 2♦ on hand (2) and would pass for sure on (3).
On the other hand, I also don't expect hand (1). This seems more like a 2♠ reverse to me, with so few losers and two very good suits. I wouldn't be eager to defend on this hand opposite something like xx Axxx xxx QJxx (yes we beat 2♣, but any number of games are good here and we are unfavorable). My expectation is something like a 4-2-5-2 hand with 15-18 points (so about a king stronger than hands 2 and 3).
I would pass 2♠. We have no real fit and no real club stopper. We might have 25 hcp if partner is really maximum, but the tap will be in the long hand (and we have no club stopper). I don't expect the kind of offensive juggernaut that hand (1) provides, and short of this I don't really want to get past 2♠ opposite hands like:
AKxx Kx AKxxx xx
AJTx Kx KJTxx Ax
AKJx Ax AJxxx xx

I expect a hand like the first one.
♠Q and ♦Q look like gold and I will try a 3♣ cue looking for 3NT.

I don't care much for what pard has, and I don't think he's obliged to have much extras in terms of hcp (though some shape he'll definitely have).
In any case, since pard seems to have a fairly decent hand and since I have some fillings in his main suits, I must say my hand is actually rather good, and 3♣ is the only way to say that. I'll pass a 3♦ rebid and bid a game over any other rebid.

A head-scratcher.....why double first if you have a reversing type hand? Are you so short in C that with a good hand you want to take a shot at 2C doubled? Just showing your hand with 2S would imply C length I would imagine. If opener is 4351 then start with the double and continue. Since this is from BW, I gather the hands provided contain the real one.....I would have jumped to 3H at my first opportunity showing the invite since I have nice fitting cards for p....

I expect none of the posted hands.
I expect a good hand, but not a 20 count monster with the A of their suit (he knows, with that hand, I cannot be sitting for a double, so I think he'd reverse).
Give me hand A with a small ♣, and that would fit, as well as many along the same general theme: 4=2=5=2 or (more likely) some 4=6 with about a King more than a minimum opening if you are aggressive openers and a Q if you have roth-stone tendencies.

give lho 10 hcp and rho 4, for the hell of it.. that means partner has type 1... i'd bid 3♠, giving him an option of 3nt with a club or 2 stopper
