Out of the choices given, I call 3D. I would prefer to have 3S as an option.

3♦ seems clear cheapest control on way to possible slam
can bid 3 or 4 ♠ at next turn and shows diamond stopper were partner has 3N hand but no ♦ stopper

first reaction is 4♠, but before bidding it we need to know if we will accept a 5♣ sing off. Would partner bid 5♣ with ♠Qxx ♥Ax ♦xxx ♣Axxxx? maybe, and we make grand there!, I am not accepting a sing off so maybe 4♠ is not the best bid avaible, maybe 3♥ to be followed by 5♠, we want partner to know heart honnors/doubleton are important, bidding 3♦ acomplishes little, he won't like his usual ♦xxxx or ♦xxx. I think it is a bid to avoid.
So 3♥ for me, if partner bids 3NT by himself then perhaps missing slam is possible.

Three spades seems right to me, showing a good hand with spade shortness is my number one priority at this point.

I think 3S is a splinter, same as 1C-2C-3S would be without the interference.
