I’m impressed with the system used by Demuy-Wolpert. For their pdf, go to:

Nice version of Stayman/Puppet Stayman over 2NT:
After 3♣:
> 3♦: No four card major, or 5♠s. Now:
>> 3♥: Wants to play in 3NT, will find out if 5♠s even if does not want to know.
>> 3♠: 4♠s & 5♥s
>> 3NT: 4♥s & 5♠s
> 3♥/♠: 4 in major
> 3NT: 5♥s
They could play instead 3NT shows 4-4 majors, and 3♥ is 4/5♥s (then 3♠ asks if 5♥s).
Over 1NT, they use 2♣ as either weak or GF Stayman or with Game Invite 5♠s, and 2♦ as ♥ transfer to Game Invite Stayman (appears to promise a 4 card major).
After 2♣:
> 2♦: No four card major. Now:
>> 2♥: Weak with both majors
>> 2♠: Game Invite with 5♠s
>> 2NT+: Game forcing (or perhaps transfers).
> 2♥: 4/5♥s
>> 2♠: Game Invite with 5♠s
>> 2NT+: Game forcing (or perhaps transfers).
>2♠: 4/5♠s
>> 2NT+: Game forcing (or perhaps transfers).
After 2♦ (transfer or Game Invite Stayman):
> 2♥: Usually not (never?) 4♥s
>> 2♠: Game Invite with 4♥s
>> 2NT: Game Invite with 4♠s
>> 3♣+: As with transfers.
> 2♠: 4♥s
>> 2NT: Game Invite with 4♠s
>> Rest: With ♥ fit
The question I have is where is the hand type with Game Invite and 5♥s hiding? Does the hand need to be treated as if just 4♥s in the structure?
To include hands without 4cM in Game Invite Stayman, they could play:
After 2♦ (transfer or Game Invite Stayman):
> 2♥: Never 4♥s
>> 2♠: Game Invite without 4♠s
>> 2NT: Game Invite with 4♠s
>> 3♣+: As with transfers.
> 2♠: 4♥s, not 4♠s
>> 2NT: Game Invite without 4♥s
>> Rest: With ♥ fit
> 2NT: Minimum with 4♥s and 4♠s
> 3♣: Maximum with 4♥s and 4♠s

The modified puppet has been around for years. I learned it when Doug and Sandra Fraser moved to Victoria, leaving Montreal, where I believe it originated.
I love it: I dislike puppet because it cannot handle 5-4 major suit holdings by responder. So I used to much prefer Smolen.
This modified puppet gives you the best of both worlds at the expense only of a small amount of memory work.
I believe (but am not sure) that it was created by Eric Kokish.

Kudos to these two - their CC is the best one I've seen so far in terms of full disclosure.

Is Justin playing or has he played yet? Anyone know how they did?

Kokish has probably written articles on it, but I think this schema over 2nt is attributed to M. Sklar. It's also described in Marshall Mile's "Bridge from the Top, vol. 1".
