Bad experience tonight

I have played on BBO for many years and enjoyed games with three friends. Tonight the software failed us. We kept being kicked off the game. This happened to two players more than once. BB should look into this. I do not know how to reach the BBO staff for this. If someone reads this that can do this - thank you to them.
