After 1♠ - 1NT - 2♣ - ? how hard will responder strain not to pass holding an ace and a king? I personally will strain beyond reason. If they will not strain at all, you're stuck with jumpshifting.

But if you hope that jumpshifting with 5431 will _not_ bury the 3, you are in deep denial.
