now use the mail function on the site. Don't know how that worked ( I'm totally
non-techy and no grandchildren handy) but it did.

It was happening to me on PC with Windoze 10 and Chrome.
I didn't try Android tablet.
Has stopped now but I am also using a less slow router which might be relevant.

It hasn't happened to me the past few days. Since this is intermittent, it's really hard for the programmers to pin it down.

Tonight the PC flaked out after I responded to 1♠ (IIRC) and nothing happened.
I switched to cellphone where I was again allowed to respond to 1♠ and nothing happened.
I switched back to PC where I was again (!) allowed to respond to 1♠ and now (!!) opp bid 4♠ in tempo.
Whatever was going on, something is badly wrong.
In case it is relevant (or you care about the lesser bug too) I have "Hand Diagrams" set religiously but when I switched to cellphone I got "Pictures of Cards" (something that happens when BBO is confused in general).

But I just tried Edge and that was OK, so I deleted my messages there.
Firefox version now says No Messages and is not flashing.
