Gibs can be frustrating, but they can also bring a smile to ones face.
Gib bid 3D in response to my 2H, and when I clicked to read what his bid meant it ended with likely stop in D forcing to 3NT.
So I did.
Hah, he had a single 8 of diamonds.
Technically, it was a stopper to the 2,3,4,5,6,and 7 of D i guess:P

don't laugh or cry. Sue! These Gibbo robots are not advanced. They consistently make random, erratic and incomprehensible bids. All it takes is one stupid bid and it ruins your whole game.

To be fair the Gibs are generally free, and I am sure in the very small disclaimer, no reliance held be held upon etc:P

I have to admit today, that I take back all I have said about the Gibs, yes they can make crazy bids, but they are also jolly clever chaps a lot of the time. (compared with me anyway)
I had 18 points and opened 1C Gib responded 1S and I in my eagerness responded with 3S becasue as well as 18HCP, I also had 4 spades to the Ace.
He did not go to 4 and whilst I was initially swearing at the Gib at my computer screen, he got exactly 3S and all other tables went down 1.
Such clever chaps:) haha.
