I was not going to post this since my ambitious slam exploration ended in 5H which was not really there DD - but made on the play
However after putting it through another Bridge engine and a few different auctions the hand seem to be valued high enough for a splinter

I appreciate the hand is a bit thin except opposite the absolute best hand partner could have for their bid
Is it worth any encouragement beyond game at all

I bid 3 clubs game try and partner went to 4 hearts

If not at all worthy of further exploration how much more would it need

I think 3s over 2h is fine.
3C is reasonable, however after 4H. I give up.

Try to imagine an auction that will allow you to gather enough information to proceed logically. Can you think of any sequence where bidding 3c will help you advance to slam. If you choose a 3s splinter do you really want partner to bid 6h with say xxx xxx KQJx QJx? Even if P has perfect HCP say xxxx KQx xx QJxx your side can make 6c but not 6h. If your system does not allow for such exploration (don't feel bad it takes a LOT of work to get a comprehensive system in place) it is most likely best to subside in game.

It would be good to play 2♠ here as an asking bid. Anything, but 3♥ and I'll bid 4♥
