I am one of four players that is wanting to practice by playing online with (preferably) IMP scoring.

We had a game recently, but I was booted out of the game twice when I took time to consider what I thought was a difficult situation, and some random person took my seat.

How do we set up a game with:
- no time limit (within reason) for a player's action
- no other players allowed entry

When someone starts a table (Casual -> Start a table), there is a 'Permission required to play' checkbox which achieves both of those things. You may need to scroll down the table settings to see it.
