Keyboard does not appear

What is wrong? I try to invite a partner but the keyboard does not appear and therefore I cannot type to invite?

Is your BBO screen resized?
Click on username you want to chat with , you should have a text field

If that's ok, try
Account
Settings
scroll down to Chat
Make sure show chat is turned on
