Book bid - but is that right?

Here the bot will 3♦ as a Book bid.

I see 2 problems:

1: Bidding 4-card suit from the top
2: Not looking at suit quality

And on next board it got worse



If then the explanation was 3+♠ with longer ♦, it could be OK, but explained by the bot as 4+♠, 4+♦ 10- total points - not very close to the actual hand
