I just hit an old error I have seen reported on BridgeWinners, and it might be reported here

Now my opponent passed 1N that just made.

The rules for bidding 2 and 2 are exactly the same 5+ in the suit and 0-1, the 2 rules have same priority, and is independent of length, so even with 7 and 5 it will bid 2 - probably becuase the rules are evaluated

Finally I had it figured out, but then I was hit by this deal

Now I think that most of us would Double or bid 4 at our first turn, and after the T/O double from partner we would bid 4 to ask partner for the better major, but now the Bot decides to bid 4, so here it seems is better than - I fon't get it

This isn't actually true; if North has 6 hearts, it's programmed to prefer the major no matter how many diamonds it has (and does bid 2 if you swap a small club with a heart in your hand above). The reason it always gets messed up when you start giving it even more extreme shapes like 7-5 is because many of its rules are HCP based and many total points based, and it can't compute that HCP is saying it's too weak to invite in a major, but total points is saying it's too strong to show a minimum in a major, resulting it in doing neither.

This one is pretty moot, since it simulates when deciding what major to pick. But I'm not sure what's to get - the basic robot is programmed to prefer spades rather than hearts when it's determining what its best fit is.
I have nothing worth contributing, bye
