Leaving a T/O double in

It is debatable if South has to the second T/O double, but Pass in North just looks wrong.

I have seen this in multiple situations, where the Bot passes the second T/O Double. Looking at the explanation for the second T/O, it looks like often there is just added an Ace (4 hcp), and that could be right, if at the same time the max no of cards in the suit is reduced by 1, then the simulation by North might be more correct

BBO definitely broke this one somewhere along the line, as it never used to do this; ran this one through my version 20 times and all 20 simulations resulted in it pulling to 4♥. Wasn't even close.

Not sure exactly what update caused it, but I do remember there was a definite increase in posts on the forum about GIB not pulling doubles like this.
