Four of us like to play online, then discuss the hand and our play. But when we play in the online "Casual" game, if we don't play each card within a time limit, a player gets knocked off. Is there an online game where four people can play without time limits? The teaching table in the "Practice" games has no time limits, but one person needs to be able to see all four hands, which ruins the game.

When setting up the table check "Permission required to play". This tells the system that it's a set game and won't time out idle players.
