Time out? - Speed of play? Game just finishes if we have not

We gather on the platform to play duplicate - normally 8 hands x 2 for an evening. We are bunch of friends that also chat over Zoom whilst playing. Sometimes the system just finishes when we have not & we all look at each other & ask why? - Is the system set up to crash players out for slow play or something like that & if so can it be turned off?

When setting up the table check "Permission required to play". This tells the system that it's a set game and won't time out idle players.
