World expert (not sure in what) responded with [rude] private message [removed details and username] I have picture of chat if you want it for proof.there were 4 comments.

Please send abuse reports to abuse@bridgebase.com

They have access to chat, and will be able to verify this person's activity.

You can also put obnoxious people on Ignore (click on their profile, and there is a Relationship drop down where you can choose Follow, Neutral or Ignore). This prevents them from contacting you or inviting you or sending you messages.
