More refreshes, please! Automatic or button needed Tourney lists, people lists lag real time.....

Tourney lists, either in Tournaments panel or Director panel are not kept up to the minute.
People lists are also not up to the minute.

Please update, either automatically, or add a refresh button like there is on table lists & scores.
