I make the mistake of trusting him.
What should I lead to take the contract down?
How should I follow-up?

You need to edit your post to give the East hand its 13th card (I realise it's in the hidden spoiler).

Thanks, Although he doesn't really deserve to have 13 cards. He's always one short of a deck.

"Normal" lead on this auction is a ♠, to prevent X-ruff. leading from QXX not normal! So safe lead ♣K?
