Browsing a .PBN file with BBO

Using the html5 client under Chrome/Win10.

I have the .PBN file of an 18 board tournament external to BBO (hands plus play) and would like to browse it in BBO.
I converted the file to .LIN with this tool by johnfromarran and then imported that to a new folder I created.
All seemed to go well, but when 'Select Deal' appears there are no deals to select.
Am I doing something wrong? Any ideas?
Might the problem be related to play?
I have done this previously for a .PBN file of hands only (but also from a different source) and that worked ok.
